Concept
What is Q Well Being?
A luxury development of all inclusive accessible holiday apartments (that also make an excellent investment proposition) designed specifically for the family affected by disability or mobility difficulties associated with old age, that caters for every family member’s needs.
A discreet and aesthetically pleasing fully accessible complex designed by users for users.
The Q Well Being story
When a family affected by disability or mobility difficulties associated with old age wants to buy a home abroad the choices are limited. It will be a compromise. It will not be designed from the outset to be accessible and will probably have been adapted. It is unlikely that it will have been designed by experts who have personal knowledge of accessible issues. Even if the property is accessible, the neighbourhood won’t be. It is also likely it will be functional and dour rather than aspirational.
We think that this is wrong so we designed Q Well Being!
Q Well Being Features
All the apartments are generously proportioned with large balconies/gardens. Every apartment has been designed to exceed regulations regarding accessibility. Each apartment has its own accessible parking space. Each apartment is accessible by lift.
The development boasts an accessible gym, an accessible spa, an accessible swimming pool with ramp, a traditional Greek restaurant, a shop and concierge.
The gardens will be landscaped with gently sloping gradients so that everyone can enjoy them.
