It enables an excellent income to be derived from renting out this unique property to a market place that is short on luxury accessible places to stay at. Why are there not more initiatives like this?
Carl graduated in 1986 with a degree in Economics from the University of London. After a successful career in Sales & Marketing with Procter & Gamble, he set up a niche management consultancy offering strategic sales advice around the globe to some of the world’s largest organisations.
Carl first invested in property in the UK in 1993 and ventured overseas 3 years ago. He now owns a selection of residential and commercial properties.
